Refund Policy

Refund Process
  • All refunds and returns must be done within 14 days, from the date of sale.
You may refund/return your order under the following circumstances:
  • Defective/damaged product upon delivery
  • Product that has not been installed/ fixated

For us to facilitate the refund process, kindly provide:

  • Proof of purchase (Dealer's invoice order reference and payment receipt)
  • The system must be in its original state and condition, along with all original accessories (e.g. remote control and charging cable) and any free gifts received with it.
