• Warranty automatically starts on the date of installation.
• 5 years motor, 2 years part, 2 years onsite (transport and labour charges waived), 1 year - remote control
• The warranty, in respect of a repaired product/part will continue to be warranted for the remaining of its warranty period.
• The average workaround period is between 3 to 14 working days
• Warranty exclusion clause apply

Warranty Exclusion and What is not covered

• Batteries for the remote controller
• Misuse or abuse, including failure to properly maintain or service
• Normal wear and tear
• Power surges, electrical storm damage or incorrect power supply
• Water seepage incidents
• Malfunction caused by improper installation, disassembling, modification or repairing by 3rd party
• Incorrect, improper or inappropriate operation
• Insect or vermin infestation
• Accidental damage due to own's negligence
• Exterior damages caused by chemical fumes or sharp objects
